Safety
- Do not compromise window structural safety
- Seal against rain intrusion
- Mind sharp fins during install
How to put it together
- 1
Measure the opening
Confirm the unit fits your window depth and width. Plan outdoor fins outside, tank inside.
- 2
Mount outdoor fins
Secure anodized fins with clear sky view. Add insulation so outdoor cold does not sweat uncontrolled indoors.
- 3
Install copper mesh
Place condensation mesh on the cold path so droplets form and drain to the funnel.
- 4
Route through frame
Pass the sealed funnel/tube through the window frame gap. Weatherseal thoroughly against rain.
- 5
Indoor tank
Set the 5L tank under the indoor outlet with a lid and overflow plan.
- 6
Night validation
On a clear night confirm fins are cold and water drips indoors. Adjust tilt if droplets stall.
Tips
- North-facing (SH) / south-facing (NH) sky exposure helps
- Urban heat islands reduce yield — elevate fins into freer air if possible
