1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using WaterDAO, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access WaterDAO for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on WaterDAO
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Water Quality & Verification

All water listings on WaterDAO must meet our quality standards:

  • Water must be collected using approved atmospheric collection methods
  • TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) must be below 500 ppm
  • All listings require verification through our multi-layer system
  • Sellers are responsible for accurate representation of water quality

4. Transaction Fees

WaterDAO charges a platform fee of 10% on all water transactions. This fee supports platform operations, verification systems, and marketplace maintenance.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about water collection and quality
  • Comply with all verification requirements
  • Deliver water as described in listings
  • Respect buyer delivery requirements and timelines
  • Maintain collection systems in good working order

6. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes between buyers and sellers, WaterDAO will facilitate resolution through our community validator network. Final decisions rest with WaterDAO administration.

7. Limitation of Liability

WaterDAO acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or delivery of water sold through our marketplace. Users transact at their own risk.

8. Modifications

WaterDAO may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this platform, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms.
